They said it couldn't be done. Well, we did it. It's just the beginning of December and we have Live Louisiana Crawfish once again! While everyone around town is serving frozen crawfish, we somehow magically are able to get fresh shipments of live crawfish! Seriously, no joke. This was extremely hard for us to obtain and we do it all for you! Come on by as soon as you can and take advantage of our fresh stocked, live crawfish. If you have to wait till the weekend, then so be it. But we can't guarantee that we'll still have them.

If you're in the mood for crab legs, you should most definitely get our Crab Bucket Deal. It comes with a pound of King Crab Legs, a pound of Snow Crab Legs, and a pound of your favorite seafood: crawfish, shrimp, clams, or mussels. We usually like to get a pound of shrimp with ours. And being a combo, of course we also throw in some potatoes and sausages. Throw it in some fire sauce and you'll be in business. We're open from 3pm till 10pm on the weekdays, noon till 10pm on the weekends.
When the live Louisiana Crawfish season is over (usually around mid-August), we switch over to live Oregon/Northern California Crawfish! These crawfish are more grey/green when they're alive but they're definitely red after we cook them. We will have these in stock till about mid-December. If you haven't tried them, come on in and give them a shot! We have customers who actually prefer these crawfish. They're a little bit bigger and more lobsteresque. We're probably one of the last places in Southern California that still has an inventory of live crawfish. Just come on in and order a few pounds before we truly run out. And we will run out. And then we'll be in the middle of another crawfish drought, like we do every year. The crawfish drought is inevitable so you better come on in and stock up in your belly now.
If you like garlic, you're gonna love us. We go through so much of it every day, we stank of it when we go home. You can get your garlic with an assortment of seafood, especially our live crawfish. We also have shrimp, snow crab legs, king crab legs, clams, mussels, and lobster tails. And yes, you can get garlic with those, too. Choose from our Garlic Butter Sauce, Lemon Pepper Sauce, Cajun Sauce, or our Fire Sauce, which is a culmination of all the aforementioned sauces.
We'd like you to spoil Dad on Father's Day. That means giving him whatever he wants and treating him like the pimp that he is. Get him a whole spread of his favorite seafood. Get him some beer. It's his day! Let's spoil him! We are large-party-friendly so bring all your dad's kids, too. Even the ones you despise. :-).
It's Graduation Season and we're starting to get quite a few requests for large parties. Yep, we are capable of handling very large parties. Just give us a call ahead of time and we'll be sure to accommodate. So whether you're graduating from high school, college, preschool, or any kind of school, just come on in with all of your family and friends. We'll take care of ya. Just be sure not to use your gown to wipe your dirty hands afterwards.
It's Mother's Day weekend when we finally show our appreciation for all the sacrifice, dedication, and love our Moms have for us. If Mom wants to suck on some Crawfish heads today, let her! Give her what she wants! She doesn't have to cook today and she shouldn't have to clean up after you today, either. Get multiple combos and make everyone happy! But especially, Mom. Happy Mother's Day, everyone!

We know not everyone observes lent but for those of you who do, be aware that the Fire Crab's menu is most definitely lent-friendly. With the exception of sausages and our chicken wings, just about everything else on our menu is Vatican-approved for lent. So swing on by for meatless Fridays or if you gave up meat for lent, swing on by any time. And for those of you who don't observe lent, well, just come on by. We don't discriminate and think you're going to hell because you don't observe lent.
Valentine's Day is on a Monday this year and we want to help you get in the mood with oysters all day long. That's right. February 14th. It's all the makings of a romantic Valentine's Day for us. Eating oysters and then eating a Cajun seafood combo with our hands. Sounds like heaven. Be sure to swing on by. Dates, however, are not mandatory.

We understand that sometimes you can't make it into our restaurant so we want to make it as convenient and just as good as if you were at our restaurant. Maybe you have kids you have to watch. Christmas is finally upon us and we realize that many of you would love for us to help you with your gathering. No need to worry. We go you. We are open on Christmas Eve from noon till 6pm and on Christmas Day from noon till 10pm so that you get your Cajun seafood fix whether you'd like to dine in or take home. It's 2022 and the live Louisiana Crawfish is a little late this year. We usually have it by Thanksgiving Day but it looks like it might be by the Friday or Saturday after Thanksgiving. Come on in for some seafood which also includes shrimp, clams, mussels, lobster tails, and/or crab legs. And just like every year, we're open on Thanksgiving Day! From noon till 6pm. Come on and dine with us or order some seafood to go. You can bring our food to your Thanksgiving gathering.
It's officially over. The crawfish drought for the year is over. Yes, you may come in and order pounds and pounds of live Louisiana crawfish once again. Don't come in all at once. Otherwise, we might run out again, hehe. Just kidding. We have plenty! You can also get shrimp, clams, and mussels as well. Cause, you know, you should always mix it up once in a while. Current live oysters in stock: Kumiai, Bald Point, Fanny Bay, and Kumamoto. We always have a fresh variety of oysters every week so it might be hard to decide which oysters you want. That's why you can always get the oyster sampler. It has 4 different types of oyster so you can always try a little bit of everything. Prices vary, according to the type of oysters we have on hand. After you get the sampler, you can then pick your favorite and then get a dozen of those!
We love Halloween! Especially since we love dressing up. The Fire Crab will be open for dine-in and take out, for those interested. And we always encourage everyone to get dressed up, even if it's our mascot, our annoying crawfish waiter. All you need is a weird dress shirt, a mustache, and big bow tie and you're all set! And don't forget the weird voice and your bowl of Crawfish! If we had more live crawfish in stock, we would give them away as a trick if you came in. But unfortunately, around this time of year, live crawfish is hard to come by. But we have plenty of other seafood goodies for you to choose from!
There's nothing scary about our Fire Sauce! But live Oregon Crawfish is still in stock so you might be scared of these guys. They're bigger than your typical Louisiana Crawfish. The only other thing you need to be scared of is how hot do you want it? Do you like it when it burns? We do. Coming in and going out. And that's scary! But it tastes so good. You can add our Fire Sauce to any seafood combination such as our crawfish and shrimp. We will have live Oregon crawfish for this weekend but it can run out at any time. You can also order some bread to go with your combo so that you can soak up all that Fire Sauce goodness to the very last drop.
Can you believe it's already September? Time is flying right by. We're fast approaching our 7 year anniversary! What should we do? Let us know! In the mean time, do as this picture says. Don't labor this weekend, especially when it comes time to decide on where to go for lunch or dinner. We still have live crawfish so come on in this weekend and get them while we still got them. And, of course, you'll have to labor a little bit over peeling the crawfish but it's so well worth it. It won't feel like work at all.
By now, many of our customers know exactly what they like in their seafood combination. Whether it be just live crawfish, or a pound of shrimp, clams, and/or mussels, they know exactly what they want. The nice thing about our eating arrangement is that it is meant to be shared. So you can pick whatever combo you want for yourself and then your friends can do the same and then when the food all comes out, you can have a little bit of everything. Who knows? Maybe you'll end up liking someone else's combo and then making it your own in the future. We love it when you share.

In this picture, you can see a combination of live crawfish, shrimp, peeled shrimp, and clams. It's up to you and your group's preferences. Some people like regular shrimp and others like peeled shrimp. Sometimes, you need to get them together to really see which one you prefer. It's nice to be able to switch back and forth.
We have developed a special blend of spices and batter for our fried calamari that you're sure to love! Easily one of our most popular appetizers, it's a great way to start out your seafood feast with us. We also have spicy garlic edamame, dynamite bread, deep fried oysters, and three different types of wings (cajun, honey bbq, fish sauce). You should probably try them all out to see what you like best but we're pretty sure you'll love everything.
Do you feel like having oysters all weekend? We do! We have such a large shipment of oysters recently, we dare you to try to eat our whole inventory. We currently have 4 varieties in stock: Kumamoto, Kumiai, Bald Point, and Fanny Bay. Each one is available in half dozen orders though if you know what you like, we recommend you get an entire dozen. A couple of weeks ago, we posted about our Garlic Butter Sauce but it was a picture of mussels and clams. This week, we're posting about our Garlic Butter Sauce again but are using a picture of crawfish instead. Looks pretty good, doesn't it? Yep, that's why we had to post it. So we have Garlic Butter, Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and our house sauce, Fire Sauce. Now go try all of them!

Well, many of you have told us that the bread we offer is awesome for dipping in our Cajun sauce but that you would like to upgrade the bread to Garlic Bread. So bam! There you go. Time for some Baked Oysters topped with a spicy mayo spread and multicolored masago! We call them our Ying-Yang Baked Oysters because after you eat them, they'll make you shake it like a salt shaker. They're simply some freshly shucked oysters, topped with our spicy mayo spread and masago and then baked to perfection. Yummy indeed! And perfectly complimentary to our Cajun Seafood Combos.
