Despite the name, we love our Fish Sauce Wings and many of our regulars love them, too! If you haven't tried them out, you're definitely missing out. You can get an order of 5 or 10 delicious Fish Sauce wings. They come out piping hot so be sure to be careful when biting into that first wing. Served with some healthy celery and a side of ranch, though you really don't need it.
We always have at least 4 varieties of raw oysters in stock. This week, we have Blue Point, Eld Inlet, Bald Point, and Kumamotos. We'll do our best to add a new section to the site that will be updated of our current oysters in stock but you can always give the restaurant a call if you truly want the most up to date information about our oyster inventory. We serve them in increments of 6 and always check to see if they're fresh before serving them to you. If you can't decide on what you would like, you can always get our sampler which is a couple of oysters of each. And, you can always pick a certain oyster for an oyster shooter, if you'd like. Yep, you've got plenty of options.
You should really try and experiment with some of our other flavors besides the usual Fire Sauce. Our Garlic Butter Sauce is exactly how it sounds: garlicky and buttery. It's especially good if you have kids in the group or some wimpy adults who can't handle the spice. Our other flavors include Lemon Pepper and Cajun. Combining all three flavors (Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper, Cajun) make up our Fire Sauce. We like getting our combos with clams and mussels because their shells double as scooping utensils so we can drink the sauce, too. Yum.
Yep, we have more than just Cajun Seafood; we've got drinks as well. We always have 4 varieties of draft beers on tap along with a wide variety of bottled beer. But we also have a wide variety of other drinks because our customers vary so much. Here, we have our baby Kikusui sake bottle (not for actual babies), Jinro Chamisul Soju, and Tree Top Apple Juice. Don't mix them up. But feel free to mix them. If you're old enough. We close at 10pm everyday.
Yeah, we know. You'd rather have crawfish while wearing a bib. Helps because you're such a messy eater. We'll be making a couple of more nods to our awesome Dr Seuss-style commercial in the next coming months so be on the lookout for your favorite rhymes.
We usually have quite a variety of Oysters in stock. You can order them in increments of 6 (half dozen) but we always recommend you get a dozen of each. If you're unsure of which oysters you would like, you can always get a sampler so you can try 2 or 3 of each variety. We shuck them to order and always check them for freshness before serving them to you. Every order of oysters come with a lemon wedges, horseradish, and our own cocktail sauce. And tabasco is also always available in case you want it spicier. If you'd like to try any of our oysters in an oyster shooter, we can also do that.
Live Louisiana Crawfish is back in stock! If you ever want to see one, please let us know. Our servers will gladly let you see the one you will eventually eat, haha. This picture definitely puts a different perspective on the crawfish but once they're boiled and cooked in our sauce, you'll quickly forget how they actually look. We just thought it was a cool picture and wanted to post it.
You no longer have to wait till Monday or Tuesday to take advantage of our Happy Hour deal. You can take advantage of it any time we're open. Seafood choices include live crawfish, shrimp, clams, and/or mussels. You should make sure to come on in before we change our minds. We're open at 3pm on weekdays and at noon on the weekends. Our Oyster Tasting Event this fall conveniently lands on a Sunday, when many can take their time and come in whenever they want. Our first Oyster Tasting was on a weeknight so that was a bit difficult for everyone to attend. Some other changes that we have made to our tasting is that we will be serving 2 different oysters at a time so that you may enjoy each type individually. It's $48 for 2 dozen oysters. 6 different varieties means that you will get 4 of each type. And, these are not oysters we typically serve here.
