Time for some Baked Oysters topped with a spicy mayo spread and multicolored masago! We call them our Ying-Yang Baked Oysters because after you eat them, they'll make you shake it like a salt shaker. They're simply some freshly shucked oysters, topped with our spicy mayo spread and masago and then baked to perfection. Yummy indeed! And perfectly complimentary to our Cajun Seafood Combos.

We have 3 different types of baked oysters to choose from. There's Dynamite, Peanuts & Chives, and Ying-Yang. As you can see from the picture, Ying-Yang consists of 2 different colored masagos (roes) on a baked oyster, red and black. Every order comes with 3 freshly-shucked oysters and they're only made when you order them. If you like seafood, then this is the dish for you. It's fish eggs on top of an oyster. That's seafood on top of seafood. Yumminess on top of yumminess. Just another one of our awesome seafood appetizers you gotta try out soon!

Peanuts & Chives is a classic Vietnamese topping for a lot of our drinking foods. We've applied it here, on some of our baked oysters and everyone loves them! It's especially good when you get it on top of freshly shucked oysters, too. And, as you all should know by now, we always have fresh oysters on hand. We have 3 different types of baked oysters. The other two are called, dynamite and ying-yang. Try out each one every time you visit. Let us know which one is your favorite!

Dynamite Baked Oysters

If you enjoy the Dynamite spread on our bread, try getting it on fresh oysters! Yep, we have Dynamite Baked Oysters. We take 3 fresh oysters (usually the bigger ones, whatever we have in stock at the time) and shuck them. We, of course, check them for freshness, and then cover it in our Dynamite spread, which is a combination of seafood, cheese, mayo, and some veggies. We bake them until the tops are crusted over and then serve them to you with some lemon wedges. If you love our Dynamite spread and our fresh, raw oysters, you must get this on your next visit.
