You really have the option to combine whatever seafoods you like at the Fire Crab. A current favorite is crawfish and clams, since live crawfish is still barely in season. It could run out at any time now. We're open from 3pm till 10pm on the weekdays, and from noon till 10pm on the weekends. We hope to see everyone real soon.
The Fire Crab is well known for our crawfish so sometimes, we need to shed a little light on our other seafood options like this here Mussels and Shrimp. They make for a great combo together. You can also choose from crawfish or clams but this combo is usually pretty solid on its own. Just add sauce (4 to choose from) and your spice level (5 to choose from), add some potatoes, corn, and sausage, and you have a pretty complete meal. Oh, add some bread if you'd like to sop up all the sauce while you're eating. Now, that's a complete meal.
What? You haven't heard? Well, it's official. We are home to Orange County's best Cajun Seafood Combo. Yes, we know that title is rather long but at least it's true. Well, to us and our customers it's true. Seafood choices include crawfish (live from Louisiana), shrimp, clams, mussels. lobster tails, and/or crab legs! That's plenty to choose from.
