We have 3 different types of baked oysters to choose from. There's Dynamite, Peanuts & Chives, and Ying-Yang. As you can see from the picture, Ying-Yang consists of 2 different colored masagos (roes) on a baked oyster, red and black. Every order comes with 3 freshly-shucked oysters and they're only made when you order them. If you like seafood, then this is the dish for you. It's fish eggs on top of an oyster. Come on in for a fresh Oyster Shooter straight out of the shell! We shuck a fresh oyster and then top it with masago, green onions, ponzu, a secret sauce, and a quail egg. Then you get a shot of sake to take either before or after the oyster. Your choice! Current raw oysters in stock: Kumamoto, Fanny Bay, Pickering Pass, and Calm Cove. Live Crawfish is still in stock. And of course, everything on our menu is available for take-out.

Lent has come to an end and this is our last Friday (Good Friday). So on Easter, go look for some eggs! You can find them on our Oyster Shooters! Yep, we have both masago and a quail egg yolk on our Oyster Shooter so you'll have two types of eggs on a freshly shucked oyster. We also dress it up with some ponzu, green onions, and some other secret ingredients. You get a shot of sake on the side because that's what you need to finish off Lent.
